With over 25 years experience in the fashion industry, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in commercial thinking and problem-solving, as well as the opportunity to consistently and continually develop leadership, communication, influencing and presentation skills.

I believe in leading through influence - with humility, clarity, honesty and transparency - consistently creating an environment that fosters feedback, drives accountability and achieves the desired business results.

Having the opportunity to design for multiple speciality boutique retailers, along with manufacturing/private label companies, gives me rare insight and expertise in working cross-functionally with both internal and external customers.

My career in Design has crossed multiple product categories including but not limited to Dresses, Sweaters, Knit and Woven tops and Lingerie & Swim.
